Information we collect
We collect account and contact details, saved vehicles and addresses, booking and support records, partner business information, communication preferences, payment and refund references, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service. Precise location is used only when you choose to share it.
How we use information
We use this information to create accounts, provide quotes, arrange and manage services, process payments and refunds, prevent abuse, send requested service updates, support customers and partners, comply with law, and improve RideWash.
Payments
Cashfree processes online checkout and receives the payment details required to complete a transaction. RideWash stores provider order, payment, and refund references and transaction status, but not your full card, bank account, or UPI credentials.
Who receives information
We share only what is needed with the assigned service partner and with service providers that support payments, messaging, authentication, hosting, maps, security, and customer support. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the service.
Retention and security
We retain records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. We use access controls, encrypted transport, signed provider callbacks, and restricted private storage, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can update account details and communication preferences in your account. You may ask to access, correct, or delete eligible personal information; some transaction records must be retained where law or legitimate operational needs require it.
