1. Using RideWash
RideWash helps customers discover and book vehicle-care services from approved service partners. You must provide accurate account, vehicle, address, and contact details and keep your login credentials secure.
2. Bookings and service partners
A booking is confirmed only when RideWash displays a confirmation. Online bookings are confirmed after Cashfree reports successful payment; cash bookings are payable to the service partner after the service. Service availability, timing, and price are confirmed during checkout.
3. Prices and payments
All prices are shown in Indian rupees. The checkout shows the service price, platform fee, applicable taxes, credits, and final amount before you confirm. Online payments are processed through Cashfree; RideWash does not collect or store your full card, bank, or UPI credentials.
4. Cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling
The rules and any fee shown before confirmation apply to your booking. See our Cancellations and refunds policy for timing and processing details.
5. Customer responsibilities
You must provide safe, lawful access to the vehicle and service location, disclose conditions that may affect safe service, and remove valuables. Do not use RideWash for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
6. Service issues
Raise an issue promptly through booking support and include the booking reference and relevant evidence. We will review the booking record, service checklist, and submitted evidence and work with the partner toward a fair resolution.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by Indian law, RideWash is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
